Parking reservations have become necessary to ensure every guest enjoys seamless access to the resort's winter wonderland. By securing a reservation in advance, visitors guarantee themselves a stress-free arrival, eliminating the worry of arriving and being turned away due to insufficient space availability.

Parking reservations are required on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only and they are FREE. Advanced reservations are $20.00 per day. Complimentary parking opens on a rolling 7-day window before each weekend on a first-come, first-served basis. If you choose to book in advance, the reservation fee does apply and is non-refundable.
You can review your reservation in the ‘Purchases’ section of the website. There you have the ability to change the vehicle reserved, cancel the reservation, or download your reservation for secondary reference. You will receive an email the morning of with this reservation for review in case there is an issue upon arriving at the hill.
Parking for weekend services opens at 6:00 AM to public parking. Reservations are required for all guests even arrivals before 6:00 AM. If you park and stay overnight you still need a reservation for the following day. You are subject to a ticket and tow if unauthorized and left overnight!

Reservations close at 12:00 PM on the date desired. No reservation is required after 12:00 PM on the date of skiing, and parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability.
You can add or edit the license plate of the vehicle you are driving to your account at any point before your arrival at the mountain. From the Menu, click “Purchases”. Then, simply click on the license plate you wish to update.

Yes, select “Menu” then “My Vehicles” and add as many vehicles as you would like. When booking, you can select which vehicle you are driving up for the day and change it up until the time of arrival.
If you have a rental car, select “I don’t know my car.” You will be able to add the rental vehicle’s license plate once the vehicle is in possession.
You still need to make a reservation for parking. Once arriving on sight, you will be guided to the Premier Carpool Section of Lot C by the Crystal Mountain Parking Operations team.
